ServiceNow  and MobiChord Featured by the IDC

The International Data Corporation (IDC) recently published a white paper featuring ServiceNow and the value brought to enterprises by utilizing service management. The document concludes that customers using ServiceNow’s suite are receiving immense amounts of value for to their business in both information technology as well as business operations. The report concludes that on average, customers are seeing average returns on investment of 449% and have an average payback period of only 7.4 months.
