MobiChord is a hyper-growth tech startup based in the heart of the silicone slopes. We are currently in a state of rapid expansion and we need experienced sales engineers. The sales engineer is an individual contributor who can design, architect and lead the technical implementation of custom MobiChord installations based on client requirements and design specifications. Sales engineers work hand-in-hand with MobiChord sales professionals to ensure customers get the technical expertise they need. They MUST be a customer-service rock star who can provide perspective customers with top-notch service.

Responsibilities

  • Work with other engineers and sales-team members to design, architect and lead technical implementation of MobiChord solutions based on client requirements and design specifications
  • Work on 5-10 projects at a time
  • Recommend solutions that align with customer’s business needs and requirements
  • Assist in development when necessary
  • Meet all assigned timelines
  • Monthly online meetings with existing customers
  • Managing customer relations
  • Communicate and collaborate with a team
  • Articulate pros and cons of design/architecture decisions across a wide spectrum of factors
  • Provide configuration recommendations and assistance to other solution deployment team members.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years experience working as a sales engineer for a SaaS company in a high-paced, service-driven environment
  • Extremely analytical thinker with a customer-first attitude
  • Technically skilled with Google apps, Microsoft Office, Go To Meeting and Trello
  • Experience working with custom installations on ServiceNow is a MUST
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, XML, MYSQL and CSS
  • ServiceNow system administrator certification preferred
  • ServiceNow implementation specialist certification preferred
  • Fluently speak language of assigned territory
