you access or use the MobiChord mobile application (“Mobile App”); and (b) Company’s practices for
collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.
This Policy DOES NOT apply to information that: (a) Company collects offline or on any other Company
applications or websites, including websites you may access through the Mobile App; and (b) You provide
to or is collected by any third party including, but not limited to ServiceNow. Company’s website,
Company’s applications, and these third parties may have their own privacy policies, which Company
encourages you to read before providing information on or through them.
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND COMPANY’S POLICIES AND
PRACTICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW COMPANY WILL TREAT IT. IF YOU DO
NOT AGREE WITH COMPANY’S POLICIES AND PRACTICES, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE
APP. BY DOWNLOADING THE MOBILE APP, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY.
THIS POLICY MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME. IF COMPANY MAKES MATERIAL CHANGES TO
HOW COMPANY TREATS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, COMPANY WILL POST THE NEW
THE MOBILE APP. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE MOBILE APP AFTER COMPANY MAKES
CHANGES IS DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CHANGES, SO PLEASE CHECK THE
POLICY PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATES.
1. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. The Mobile App is not intended for children under 13 years of
age and Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Company
learns is has collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of
parental consent, Company will delete that information. If You believe Company might have any
information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at email@example.com.
2. INFORMATION THE MOBILE APP COLLECTS AND HOW IT IS USED. The Mobile App collects the
following information from Your device:
• Location Information. This Mobile App collects real-time information about the
location (country) of Your device. This information is stored securely and solely on
Your device and used by the Mobile App to determine Your country for providing
recommendations related to roaming.
• Usage Details. When You access and use the Mobile App, the Mobile App
automatically collects aggregated domestic and roaming data traffic information from
Your device. This information is stored securely and solely on Your device and used
by the Mobile App to make recommendations related to carrier plans and features.
• Credentials. This Mobile App requires Your corporate ServiceNow end-user
credentials as well as ServiceNow domain to log into the Mobile App. These
credentials get securely stored inside of the Mobile App on Your device and are
solely used for authentication to Your corporate ServiceNow instance over a secure
• Mobile App Usage. The Mobile App may collect certain details of Your access to
validate that you are licensed to use this Mobile App.
If You do not want the Mobile App to collect this information, do not download the Mobile App on Your
device. Note, that opting out of the Mobile App’s collection of location information will cause the Mobile
App’s location-based features to be disabled and the Mobile App to stop working as designed.
3. THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION COLLECTION. When You use the Mobile App or its content, certain
third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about You or
Your device. These third parties may include: (a) Your mobile service provider.; and (b) Your mobile

ServiceNow credentials and domain, You gain access to your corporate ServiceNow end-user profile,
including asset and request status details. Any requests submitted for additional data or roaming stay
within Your corporate ServiceNow instance and are not controlled by the Mobile App. Location and
usage details collected by the Mobile App are stored solely on Your device and not disclosed to anyone.

choices regarding the personal information You provide to Company. You can choose whether or not to
allow the Mobile App to collect and use real-time information about You device’s location through the
device’s privacy settings. If You block the use of location information, some parts of the Mobile App may
then be inaccessible or not function properly.
6. DATA SECURITY. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information
from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you
provide to the Mobile App is secured via industry standard encryption and only accessible using your
corporate ServiceNow credentials and domain for authentication.
